Back ordered for 6-7 weeks. Nozzle is part of the wand I think. Online @cleanforce.

i broke the water intake hose adapter ( white plastic) how can i replace that?

Asked by: Francis
You can't. Best advice is to contact co. and ask for a new one. That's what I did last year when motor went after 1 season. Item is unreliable.

i borrowed this plug it in put water hose on tried all 3 spray attachments very little watee comming out what did i do wrong

dont have owners manuel
Asked by: dumb
Make sure you have good water pressure and DO NOT use the quick connects people put on hoses... Any 'filter' in them at all causes issues. You can help it out by removing the spray attachment until you get a steady stream of water out the nozzle. I have this connected to a 100'+ hose without any issue at all, had quick connects on a 50' hose and it failed miserably until the quick connects were removed....

Used it maybe 15 times at the most. Always brought it inside during the winter. Got it out to do the deck. No power. Tried several outlets. No power. Removed the GFI and put a new plug on. No power. If I had a ZERO Star option I would pick it. Shame on you Cleanforce for putting out such a crap product.

Its worked fine and does a decent job. Recently a leak developed from the wand handle where the hose connects. After investigating the source of the leak I found a stainless steel tube inside the butt of the handle that has split open along the length of the pipe. Of course its out of warranty :-) The parts website does not offer just the defective pipe, you have to buy the entire wand that costs more than a third of a new machine. I attempted to call the customer support line several times but no one answered the phone, also tried the corporate number and got the same result. Defective product + poor customer service = no recommendation

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Enough Said Bought my pressure washer a year ago for some light cleaning (patio, driveway). Put it out in the trash today. Enough said!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst piece of garbage Pump broke just after the two year warranty expired. Manufacturer has no interest in repairing or replacing. Disappointed in Home Depot and the manufacturer for allowing a consumer to spend $70 for a product that can barely last two years (considering the seasonal use the product lasted less than six months).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1 Year Life after 1 season, the high pressure hose go a hole. no way to repair it or get to it without taking the complete thing apart. Will never buy this brand again and will rethink my next one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after 1 use! Complete junk! Don't waste your money! The fitting that connects the gun to the supply line came apart after 1 use!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Motor Burned out very quickly Performance was satisfactory for about one (1) hour. After this one hour initial use, the pressure washer started smoking VERY BADLY, and it stopped working. It seemed obvious to me that the motor had burned out, but I did not take the unit apart to verify this. I would not purchase this product again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product for the price I purchased one of these light duty electric washers more than a couple years ago when the price was over $100.00. It was used extensively for more than a year cleaning many items such as vehicles, RVs, cabins, porches, cement, wood structures, etc. At times of use the sprayer was used for long time periods and sometimes quite often over the course of a week and month. After more than a year of use, just prior to the warranty expiring. The washer started to have problems with the sprayer being able to start. It appeared one of the mechanisms that controls the water pump failed. I called the manufacture and explained what had happened. After answering a few questions they agreed to send me entire new one free of charge, no shipping fees, etc. The manufacture did not want the broken one back. I haven't used the replacement as extensively as the previous unit. It has been working fine for more than a year. I wouldn't recommend allowing them to heat up with extensively long time periods. These aren't designed for larger projects. Any of the electric spray washers and some of the gas washers I would recommend using them for a while and then let them cool down. Quit a bit of heat is generated compressing and pumping water. These and other electric washers are designed smaller jobs and for use around the home and not designed for larger projects that really require a more expensive gas pressure washers costing hundreds of dollars. Even some of the gas washers are known to have problems when used extensively. One thing about using pressure washers, especially the electric ones. You first need to prime them and purge air from the line. Allow the water to run through the sprayer hose for a while, until air is purged from the water line.
