CVGRailings Hercules Glass Tempered Laminated glass panels are strong, safe and feature our NEW Lever Spigot (patent pending) made from Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 which offers greater strength and greater corrosion protection than 316 Stainless Steel. Our new sleek Lever Spigot design eliminates the need for tools during glass installation and the appearance of unsightly screws. CVGRailings Hercules Glass is 13.5mm thick, made of two 6mm thick layers of tempered glass laminated to a 1.5mm PVB/plastic layer. CVGRailings Hercules Glass panels are test proven to hold an amazing 2,520# vertical load and a 820# horizontal load as well as withstand an impact of 300# to the top center of the 60" panel. Panel height is 39.37". Finished height when installed in spigot is 42". Our Lever Spigot provides a neat and finished appearance. CVGRailings Hercules Glass panels allow you more versatility when it comes to the actual design of your outdoor space. The space between CVGRailings Hercules Glass panels can range from 1/2" to 4". Thus the total space between panels of a small two panel installation can range from as little as 1.5" to 12'' for total space between panels. That's 10.5" of spacing flexibility! CVGRailings Hercules Glass panels are available in 9 different widths: 60, 54, 48, 42, 36, 30, 24, 18, and 12 inches.
