      I love mine and wish there was a way to respond to other reviews. @JPO - The light is on a timer with schedule 16 hours on and 8 hours off. The cycle starts from the beginning every time you plug it in. For example: if you plug it in at 8:00 am, it will turn itself off at midnight and on again at 8:00 am. You should always wait for at least 10 seconds after unplugging the lamp to allow it reset and then plug in again to start a new cycle. Also, be sure you don't put the water indicator in upside down and fill it - leaving no way for the water to get to the plants. I know this seems like common sense to most but SOME people (my husband - LOL) have made this mistake.

        Customer Service at Click and Grow is atrocious. They took my money and did not send me a complete product. I tried to contact them and sent them 4 emails over a month with no reply from customer service. Save yourself the money and the hassle
