Save your money and buy a real hydroponic system
This system is good quality and looks good. It's similar to the aerogarden series. However space is so limited that you can't grow things more like few leafs on these systems. If you want to be able to pick up 3 leafs of parsley once evry 10 days then this system is for you. Otherwise save your money and buy systems like emily's garden which costs less (minus the light) but will provide you with real plants. This goes for the aerogarden as well.

Really easy to grow fresh herbs - apartment & condo must have kitchen item!
I love having fresh herbs to sprinkle on breakfast omelettes and salads. Before the Smart Herb Garden, I found that basil I bought at the grocery store would start turning brown in my fridge in just a few days. It is such a great to have this product that keeps everything alive and fresh. Now I just pick a few leaves of basil every morning.
My Smart Herb Garden was really easy to setup - the cartridges pop easily into the unit and I added the water into the water tank. The grow light plugs into a wall socket and then it just starts growing on it's own. It doesn't take up too much space and it adds a pop of green color once the plants grow. The refill selection is pretty broad and I'm definitely interested in trying a few more varieties.
