New Garage Door
We just replaced old door for 22years with same look alike door because old door was cracking around the outside windows and we just got new vinyl siding 2 years ago so now the house is updated. The installer did a great job and he came at 9am left at 1pm and cleaned up all the mess, I would recommend the company to anybody that needs a new garage door, Thank You Very Much.

vertical creases on out side of doors, beware
bought these doors from homedepot ,ordered them in brown, vertical lines/creases you could feel on the face of the doors, didnt see this in the tiny display at the store, would never had bought them if they looked this way.. was told by Colpay all there doors look like this and there was nothing wrong, they would do nothing ...as for homedepot they will doing nothing about these ugly doors I now feel I payed way to much for....put pride in this Garage and the worse thing on it is the colpay garage doors from homedepot.

Love this garage door
Ordered this door around Christmas and it was installed on April 1st. That wait is the only negative thing I have to say about this. We have glass panels at the top and the chocolate brown color. It looks fantastic! The inside is nicely finished and white which helps with the light in the garage. Just love it.

Great looking"Classic Collection" insulated door.
Love the door. Very well made and easy to install. I did it without instructions. I am the above average person for assembly though. It's a clean looking door inside and out. If you have magnets for car, great place to but them. The ez wind springs made piece work of that part of the install. Never had them before, will have to see how they hold up. They are not that expensive to replace if need be. (Future)

Less than perfect.
Overall, I'm happy with the look and performance of the garage door. However, there are two things that caused me to give this less than a perfect review.
First, the installation went smoothly with the local contractor. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. Unfortunately, a few days after the work was completed, I noticed that the corners of the bottom gasket were not sealing the enclosure properly. They were rubbing up against the side seals, resulting in some gaps at the bottom corners when the garage door was closed. This resulted in snow blowing into the garage. I emailed the vendor to fix the problem but never heard back from them. I'll have to do this myself when the weather warms up.
Second, the garage door intermittently will not close all the way, will fail to initiate closing, or will stop and then go into reverse. I've tried changing the light bulbs to reduce interference, removing the light bulbs completely, resetting the codes, manually adjusting the closing settings on the motor housing, etc. I've also consulted the website for a solution without success.
For these reasons I give my Clopay garage door experience a less than perfect review.
