Q:The directions on the back of can say, insert straw and tap. There is a hole on back of the cap for a straw, but none of the cans we have in our store have straws included. I've checked multiple cases.

Issues with spraying/others
The older can design of this product was good, but it didnt come with a straw, which was ok, but when i bought the can with a newer design, I don’t like it because for some reason it would spray for about 10 seconds and then you wouldn’t be able to use it again, even if you shake it a lot. It was also still full when it would’t be able to spray anymore, and it still didnt come with a straw.

The first can I bought only worked for about two squirts of lube before the spray trigger broke, ...
The first can I bought only worked for about two squirts of lube before the spray trigger broke, but it was no problem to return it to the home depot store and exchange it.
With the exchanged can it worked perfectly, I was able to lube all the hinges, rollers and the springs with about a half of can left over for next time, now the garage door is quiet and works very smooth.
I would highly recommend this Clopay synthetic lube it is also not messy at all in the hinge and roller joints.

I really don't like it. It does not squirt well. Even after shaking it alot, it squirts for 1 squirt and then have to shake it again. it does not squirt far distances, so you have to get very close to the door. It took forever to spray my garage door. I will never buy it again..
