PER CDC: Diluted household bleach solutions (at least 1000ppm sodium hypochlorite) can be used if appropriate for the surface. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for application, ensuring a contact time of at least 1 minute, and allowing proper ventilation during and after application. Check to ensure the product is not past its expiration date. Never mix household bleach with ammonia or any other cleanser. Unexpired household bleach will be effective against coronaviruses when properly diluted. Prepare a bleach solution by mixing: >5 tablespoons (1/3rd cup) bleach per gallon of water or >4 teaspoons bleach per quart of water
Not much, I worked in an dialysis unit and we used bleach because it kills more germs and blood is one of the "dirtiest" things out there. I think the germicidal is just stronger which is scary and my guess is it thicker so it coats so it stays in place
What is the % in bleach.
It comes in a white plastic container just like you see in the picture.
According to Google l, CONCENTRATION & CONTACT TIME The appropriate concentration of sodium hypochlorite for disinfecting general liquid biological waste is 5000 ppm, approximately 0.5%. Household bleach is 5 - 6 % sodium hypochlorite; therefore a 1:10 (v/v) dilution of bleach to liquid biological waste is appropriate.
