Q:On a unit where dimensions are variable, in the length in the description states 36 in wide - 60 in wide, would the 60 width be the shipped size and only requiring cutting to achieve 48?? Would the 36? require cutting?

I’d ask for my money back but I already cut it
The directions suck but this is simple enough that it doesn’t matter. However having to cut this crap in closet of all places was extremely annoying. Closets are NEVER square so goodbye simplicity. The vertical panels hang on a metal track, so the only integrity is the 1/2” of “wood”. There’s also nothing that secures it to that track, it could be very easily bumped off the track. The corners don’t sit down enough because of the screw in the track, why wouldn’t it be recessed there?? AVOID

Made a huge difference!!!
While I wish the components were sturdier, time will tell how well these hold up. Nonetheless, they look amazing and completely transformed our walk-in closet. Packaging could be a little more straightforward, especially when you order several components. They send multiple boxes for each individual unit, without a clear label on the packages…so it is confusing to say the least!

This system was easy to assemble and turned out great....
This system was easy to assemble and turned out great. I purchased additional shelving so that I could customize my layout best to optimize the space I had. The materials and hardware were quality. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to some alignment issues that I had with a couple of drawers; I hade to drill new holes where pilot holes were misaligned.

Strong and functional once assembled. Screws provided for install strip easily or break off when drilling into studs. Would have given a 5 if the hardware was higher quality. Would recommend but be patient with install.

If you can take your time and get yourself some good quality wall anchors you should have a decent organizer when finished. I also recommend securing the chrome bars to the wood as suggested in the assembly instructions but you will have to drill the small holes to accomplish this and I screwed every shelve in place to help make it as ridged as possible. I used two kits for a ten foot closet.
