          Came damaged
Pieces came with cracks in them and honestly its a poor design. If you even bump it the wrong way the hanging bars will fall off unless you add your own extra hardware. Plus, its particle board

Great system. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the bars that came in the box are not adjustable and had to use adjustable bars from a different system I purchased. The bars this system came with were hard to cut even with the proper tools
            This closet system is amazing!

Closet system as expected at this price point
Closet Evolution Deluxe 60-90" is not a top of line closet system nor is it the bottom of the barrel. It's a decent unit for anyone with a specific budget and basic DIY skills. I'm a female, over 55 y/o, and I was able to install it by myself, including modifications. I put it in a 6x3 step-in closet with the end panels against the wall and 12” shelves at one end. To cut the shelves I put masking tape on the cut line, scored it with a utility knife and made the first cut on both sides and edges using a dremel with a wood cutting wheel. I finished the cut with a hand saw and sanded the edge lightly. The melamine didn’t chip and each shelf took about 30 minutes to complete. The mistake I made on the fixed shelf was not drilling new pilot holes on the cut edge. The fixed shelf is attached to the panels with long screws and without a pilot hole, the screw can (or in my case, did) go in crooked and cause the melamine to crack. The rods were also easy to cut to length. I cut one with a hacksaw and one with a dremel. The hacksaw took a few minutes longer but was easier for me to make a straight cut. Overall, this unit was suitable for my space and needs. It feels stable and secure once installed and I got what I expected at this price point. If I had a large walk-in closet with room for drawers and more shelving I’d probably invest in something that looked more appealing.

              Most cost effective closet system!
Shopped around for closet systems for about 6 months and decided that the ClosetEvolution system was the best option. We paid around $1300 to re-do out entire master closet and get rid of the Rubbermaid wire system. With me and 2 buddies helping, we had everything assembled and installed in about 8 hours total. The drawers are very smooth, the hanging space is plentiful and the system itself is very sturdy. We used a gyroscopic laser level to mark the hanging rail and everything went very smooth from there. Overall we are very pleased and looking forward to re-doing our other closets and even our pantry.

Good Product, needs a couple extra things
For some time I've been looking for a good, inexpensive closet for my wife and this one seemed to fit the bill. It seems simple enough to assemble, it provides what we need and has the potential to expand into more things. My only first concern is that I would've loved it if it had some shelves for the top so we could place some things there, so we got the 35x14in 2-pack shelves with our purchase. We are so glad we did. The assembly was simple and straightforward. It's important to have two people doing it mostly to make sure it's all straight and to "hang" the closet from the railing once it's ready to move there. The two shelves we got for the top were extremely useful, it turns out that without them the side panels would be kind of wobbly since they are only attached to the railing and nothing more. Because of this we decided to get two more shelves to add stability. This worked great! Finally, just for my own peace of mind, I got four mounting brackets that I attached to the closet and the studs to add some extra support. It may be enough with the railing but I didn't want to risk it since my wife has a lot of clothes. I'm attaching some pictures of the finished product. We are very happy with it so far, we'll see how it works out in the long run.

                  Nice for the price
Thie is a nice closet organizer for the price, if your even somewhat handy you can do this job by yourself. Took me about 1.5 hours and most of that was cutting the rods with a hacksaw to fit to length. 4 stars because i wish it came with top shelving. Instead you have to spend extra money for top shelves. All in all though good product easy install.

                    Pictures not accurate
IN the picture it shows the closet tower sides being one piece, after purchasing and starting to assemble the product, I realized that the each side is actually two pieces held together by brackets and small screws. In addition to this, I was missing hardware such as screws and lag bolts. I had to make a trip to the main competition of this store in order to complete the hardware. I tried to name the other store but the review was rejected because their name was written. Also, when I opened the box and upon initial inspection, the wood was damaged in several locations, luckily they were in spots that were hidden to the eye as I was not about to box this thing up and return for hidden damage. The directions are not easy to follow, however, common sense should prevail on assembly. I would not recommend and I would spend the extra money for a material that is more durable.

Very nice closet system but ...
So, I purchased this Closet Evolution system as part of a much larger overall order from Closet Evolution. I combined a few systems and components to build my walk-in closet using their easy-to-use design website. I'm going to list my overall experience here. First, the design website is easy-to-use, www.closetevolution.com, and when you're finished click on checkout it takes you to the Home Depot website and pre-populates your shopping cart with everything you need. That's a piece of cake. However, it took nearly 6 weeks to receive from the manufacturer, and yes I know there's a lot going on with a pandemic and what-not. Once I received the order I was amazed that it came on a pallet, with approx. 16 boxes on it (that's because of my custom order). These pieces are boxes very well with a lot of extra cardboard cushion, so even damaged edges wouldn't hurt the boards, kudos to the shipping department. The system components are rugged and sturdy, it is particle board but it's thick and durable. The laminate coating on mine was hit and miss on the edges, some of the edge trim was defective when it was applied or it was chipped at the manufacturer. The instructions are extremely lacking. If you're buying just a single purchase item you're fine, but if you're combining items to make a much larger system you're pretty much on your own to figure it out. If you're pretty good at DIY stuff you'll figure it out fairly quickly, but it can be overwhelming at first glance. The track mounts on the wall, no items are supported on the floor. This is good in that you have room underneath all of the system components to possibly put a shoe rack or lay things on the floor, who wouldn't want the extra space. The downside is that, if you're like me, you have a home that has walls that are not perfectly straight. Don't get me wrong, the system works fine if you have some sway or wave to your walls, however, if you have some severely bowed walls you'll probably have to find a way to shim the track and components off the wall a little so everything lines up right. My walls are not the fault of the Closet Evolution, but it was a bit of a hurdle in a couple locations. You are required to have the track mounted to studs within 3" of every hanging panel, and if you don't have that, you need to use they're toggle bolt anchors. I actually liked these drywall anchors, they seem very sturdy and I was more comfortable using those than any standard drywall anchor. I did have a couple that had some messed up threads on them and wouldn't allow the bolts to screw in all the way, and it caused them to break off in the wall, but they provide you several to use just in case. The drawers are one of the neatest factors of the system. They are one long set of boards that have been cut to fold perfectly into a drawer with dowels already inserted. Each drawer takes less than 5 minutes to assemble. The one thing that I really didn't like is that the holes are not predrilled for the drawer slides, they provide you a template that you tape in place and then make screw marks through the template onto the wood so you can screw the slides on in the right place. I think this is an overlooked con of the whole thing. I guess there are different sized slides that you can get from them and that's why they aren't predrilled, but if that's the case they should've just predrilled the holes for both sizes and the customer could whichever set works for them. And let's not forget how much oil from the slides you get on your hand while performing this step. I also had 2 of the 6 drawer faces not line up with the other drawers, and it seems that it was the predrilled holes on the drawer faces that were misaligned. That's an easy fix, but still. Another thing I didn't like to do, but knew that I had to do, was cut the clothes hanging rods to the size I needed. Other systems I've used and seen give you an adjustable rod which would also just make the whole installation go faster. Altogether the system is beautiful and very functional. This turned my old terrible looking and unorganized closet into just what I was looking for and needed. It took more time to assemble than I really thought it would, however, I installed a competitor's system in my wife's closet and I can't say that went too much faster even though it was easier to install because it was floor supported. Knowing what I know now, yes I would buy this system again, because once I got the hang of it, it really wasn't that bad. I do think it's over-priced, but it is in the same ball park as all of the other systems, so I guess all closet organization systems are over-priced.

Overall this closet system was pretty good. It was easy to assemble in any configuration we chose. The biggest problem was it was extremely wobbly when hanging on the wall. The clothes would not stay in place this way. With one bar in place, trying to place a second bar would cause the first to fall out. Plus these are designed for 16" stud centers in the wall, mine were 24" centers. To solve these issues, I added 1x6's with pocket holes and screwed them to the closet pieces to give the entire system stability. Of course, I added extra molly bolts to the sheet-rock to allow for the weight of the system. Once the boards were in place, I also screwed them to the wall studs. Painted the boards to match the closet and wall... done. Super solid! Wife is very happy...
