Closet fit to the T and look fantastic!!!! Like that rods were long enough to cut to fit the closet.

Really cleans up the closet
Ordered this for my reach in closet. Arrived quickly and perfect condition. Unfortunately it was missing 3 rods. The company was easy to contact and shipped the three rods without question. Wasn't too hard to assemble but I did it by myself and the instruction left something to be desired. All of the instructions are available on the company website (instructions for the drawers were missing but you really don't need them if the slide templates are there). Overall a really good buy.

Works Well
Overall I'm happy with the product, the paper directions are not that great. My closet dimensions are 42" deep by 84" long and I have plenty of room to walk in and out of the closet with this installed. I bought a single piece of white shelving from the store which was 84" x 14" and used that for the top shelf. I used the left over boards that were supposed to be the top shelves to create new lower shelves. I used pull handles instead of knobs. I used longer 10x2-1/2 hillman exterior screws for brackets.

Directions are terrible & missing parts
Looks awesome finished, but it was such a pain to set up. The directions were so unclear and it says it’s adjustable for different size closets, but everything needs to be cut then. Which was a pain. It also was missing so many screws that were required for assembly that required a trip out to purchase more screws. Probably took my otherwise very handy husband about 8 hours to set this up because directions/assembly was so poor.

Directions are not straight forward
The closet system looks nice once it is up, but the directions are not very good. If you are a beginner you SHOULD NOT buy this. A lot of thing you have to figure out on your own.

Quality Closet
Good Quality and easy to put up. Shipping is a little long but worth the wait. Easily customizable if you have the right tools.

Decent, buy not great
It is a decent MDF closet system, but not great. The boards are extremely difficult to cut with circular saw without chipping the vinyl. The vinyl itself is average, but not great. This product is not a bargain, you get what you pay for, but still way cheaper than custom closet or builder grade wire shelving.
