A:  I ordered this and it was literally just the rack and no clips, no nails, no wire end! Nothing it said it was supposed to come with! They don’t carry this in the store so I couldn’t return and get a complete set the same day so I chose to keep it and pay more money to buy everything separately. Never again!

    A:  I can't tell you in terms of pounds, but they are very sturdy and the associated rods are too. I've got some long expanses with a lot of clothes hanging on them and there is absolutely no bending going on.

      A:  Hi Kate - The brackets need to be mounted to a wall stud to honor any weight rating; make sure you have identified the wall stud location and install the brackets at those points.
