Can this closet maid cubicle be hung on the wall and is it sturdy enough for books?

AnswersYes it's built to be hung on the wall with hooks that are assembled into the back and a rail system that you but separately and attach to the wall. Is VERY sturdy and could definitely hold books if you attach to the studs in the wall

AnswersThe mounting rails have horizontal slots and the back of the unit has the hooks attachment placed horizontally so as they are built, they can be mounted horizontally. If you are only placing them on the floor or are hanging then in some other way, they could possibly be used vertically

AnswersThe bottom board isn't that thick but if the screws of the wheel or care weren't very long, then yes. I would be hesitant to use longer screws and screw then through the bottom and into the sides as it's only a partial board material and it may damage it.

AnswerHello, The maximum weight for this unit is evenly distributed load 15lbs in each of the 2 Cubes and 30lbs on the top shelf for a total load of 60lbs on the unit when assembled and installed on a properly installed ShelfTrack system in accordance with the respective instruction sheets. This product is easy to assemble and very sturdy. The center divider made it easy to organize items. The real system was required if you plan to hang on a wall in the closet and that was also easy to screw in. The price of the units are high but they look good and keep my closet very organized.

This worked awesome for our closet. We had some pieces already and these worked well for sweaters and jeans. We moved a few things and spent 100-200 dollars to add a few things and what a huge difference!

I used 2 of these stacked without a rail for extra storage in my closet & it turned out great. I placed a rubbery shelf liner in between the two so it wouldn’t slide. Easy to put together, just be careful lining up & nailing cardboard backer piece. Several of my nails missed the mark & came through
