A:  Hello, We understand that you want to purchase additional shelves for your organizer. Unfortunately, the component pieces of our units are not sold separately. It only comes in a kit. If you really want more shelves for the unit, you can just purchase a laminate board and customize it. However, this will automatically void the warranty and ClosetMaid will not be liable for any damage to the unit. We also do not recommend adding more shelves because it will impose more weight to your unit thus compromising the quality of the product. Thank you for your inquiry.

A:  I don’t think so. It would be very easy to have shelves cut for this at Home Depot. Just take your interior measurements with to the store. They cut lumber for free.

A:  Don't know if the manufacturer provides shelves, you can have your local Home Depot cut your shelves from stock plywood to the grade of your choice.

A:  This question would best be answered by a Home Depot associate. That being said, I purchased three of these cabinets for my garage and needed more shelves, so I measured the size of the shelves and purchased several sheets of particle board with the white finish on both sides and on the edge, I then had an associate in lumber cut the to the desired size for extra shelves. The only thing about doing this is that you'll end up with some shelves that are not finished on the edge that faces out. This can be remedied with a little white paint, or if you're handy, you can purchase a roll of white edge tape.

A:  Must be sitting on floor.

A:  It comes with tiny plastic anchors and screws to nail to your wall. But this cabinet is very heavy if your trying to have it lifted from the floor. Plus it's too flimsy. I believe it will rely on the ground for support.

A:  NO, it is too big, tall, and very heavy to mount on wall.

A:  Not likely. The back of the cabinet is very thin and not strong enough to hold it up. The back is like hard board and is probably less than 1/4 inch thick. If you backed it with 1/2 inch or greater plywood, you probably could wall mount it.

A:  No, it's made to be a standing cabinet on the floor. It is very large at 6ft tall and 4 ft wide. It's very heavy and sturdy and would be impossible to hang up. I love mine. It holds a ton of supplies. The back is only a thin fiberboard and would not be able to be attached to a wall for hanging.
