Impressions Deluxe Hutch 60 in. W - 120 in. W Chocolate Wood Closet System

Caution purchased and installed two of the impressions closet maid systems only to have issues finding the correct drawers for this unit. Found out the unit is discontinued and no drawers. Frustrated. Home Depot should have alerted buyers and closet maid too.

Once built, it is beautiful and makes any closet look clutter free, well organized and just a joy to look at every day!!! Building it was less than perfect. Would have helped if the pieces had stickers labeling them to match up to the instructions. I had someone who was experienced in contracting build it for me, and even they got pieces wrong because they were not labeled with the corresponding steps but were very similar in appearance. Very easy to mix up which molding piece goes on which side. The end result was worth the trouble (although really would make this perfect had they just put a sticker on each piece to match to the instructions!!!). It truly is functional and looks beautiful. I went with four drawers on the bottom tower and shelves on the top, and have enough space for all of my folded items that I was able to rid myself of a bulky dresser that took up more space than I have. The shelves on top are great for “prettier” display items (baskets to store belts, gloves, hats, etc., a shelf for my tray of perfumes, etc). I also went with a high rod on one side for dresses, jackets and long hanging items and two rods on the other for pants, shirts and smaller hanging items, which makes everything so much more organized and easy to see/access/keep in great condition. I don’t even mind that I haven’t installed the closet doors yet. As someone who despises clutter and disorganization, the closet is my OCD dream come true. I can’t wait to install the top shelves (they were out of stock when I bought the kit), to be able to maximize the amount of storage space. Although I’m still in the process of unpacking/organizing—-my containers of remaining items fit perfectly in the closet for now. Bonus! The only other issue I had personally was getting the (really heavy) box upstairs to my bedroom once delivered, but luckily had help. Otherwise I would suggest opening the box where delivered and taking pieces up in multiple trips.

Good quality and looks great! The only issue I wish the directions were more clear. The parts had no identification letter as the manual which caused some frustration while putting together.

I love my new closet organizer. It looks so nice and has a lot of great storage space The white wood looks so attractive and clean. So happy to have in my home.

I really liked this product. I replaced old wire shelving that always bent with my suits on it. It went up super easy -- would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a way to improve your closet storage and overall look, this system is it. It is very easy to follow the instructions and put together. There are a few discrepancies that can be found with the overall material quality, but for what it is you cannot expect perfection. I purchased a few of the 48" white melamine boards and cut them to fit over the clothing rods.

I paid a “white glove service” professional closet install company to redo my walk in closet and it was terrible. I ripped it out and got my money back and purchased this system. It’s the same material they used, except this has decorative trim pieces. It’s not the best qualify I’ve ever seen, but for the price I’m happy with it especially since it was less than half the cost of the “professional” closet. Super easy to put together. Lots of people complain about the small unusable bottom shelf but you can just attach the base shelf on a higher notch like I did to make it a functioning shelf. Drawers are very easy to install.

Easy to assemble and looks great!

Very happy with my closet system. I had it installed by a local handyman and it is sturdy and perfect for organising clothes, shoes, bags, etc. Looks far more expensive than what it actually costs.
