I got three of them in an effort to be more organized in my new home. The first one gave me a run for my moneybut the others went in rather easy after that. You definitely want help to install them it makes it 100 times easier than the video made it seem. I'm excited to get everything unpacked now and actually putting them to use. I'm already getting expansion ideas!!!

It was easy to install! Other than figuring out how the wife wanted it arranged. Lol it is very sturdy and looks good.

I was a little hesitant to purchase a wire closet system because I didn’t know how sturdy it was. But to my surprise it holds all my close. Plus, I can set up the design to my liking.

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. You’re lucky to get a dozen dress shirts on the rod. You’re lucky to get a dozen dress pants on a second separate hanging rod. The rods started sagging and tilting. The shelf angle came out of the track and is now bent. Save you’re money and put it towards custom built-ins.

Easy to assemble and install, personalizable, simple and elegant. I love the new closet, bought it for my boy and I now it will always be the perfect one because we can adjust it as he needs it. We can even buy more shelves and adjust or personalize it even more. It is a good investment, beyond expected.

Easy to assemble and customize. Plenty of parts to any design. I bought 2 for a 10 foot closet, made my own design and had almost enough pieces left to do a 5 foot closet in another bedroom!

I used this product for its versatility. The kit you buy is a lighter gauge material than the track the store sells. Also, the shoe rack is flimsy compared to it's biggest competitor. Overall, it was easy to install but cost substantially more than the kit price if you modify the layout and have to buy more parts. In all we are into our shelving system for close to $700. That included two 5 to 8 ft kits extra shelving and some other pieces. It will store a lot now. Our closet is long and skinny so we needed narrow adaptable storage.

Only 4 stars because for some reason I thought the color would be more like metal but it’s more of a “greige”. I didn’t really mind since it goes well with our son’s room decor but I can see it bothering someone expecting more of a metal finish. Beware you will need certain tools if installing the 5x8. My husband had to make a few cuts. We ended up coming up with our own design to fit our needs and we loved being able to do that. We would buy it again.

Aside from the instructions included in the box, I think this is a great organizer, I like the fact that it can be customized anyway you like it. I chose the nickel color because it goes perfectly with the gray behr paint I have on the walls. First, the amount of screws in the bag were not accurate or as the count stated. Moving on from this, nailing the hang track into the stud, well I hit metal, in several places on several studs for that wall, this should be accounted for in the instructions. Also, the size of the hole (per the instructions) for drilling to insert the anchor toggle bolts into the dry wall was too small. The anchors included for hanging the vertical standards on the hang track were a horrible choice. I only managed to get one nail into one anchor spot. The remaining anchors went completely through the dry wall when attempting to screw in the nail. I then had to pull the entire anchor out, drill a much wider hole so that I could use the remaining anchor toggle bolts in those spots. Not sure why the instructions suggested this method, when the toggle bolts (though they require slightly larger holes) work better. I think toggle bolts are the best option here. The anchors going through the dry wall was an immense disappointment! This is probably personal preference, but I do not like the shoe rack. The angle at which it hangs bothers me, so I decided to purchase additional shelf brackets to place that shelf on. The amount of times I went back and forth to Home Depot to account for incorrect/bad instructions was unprecedented. Other than this, I managed to make it through with the 5ft shelf! Will keep these things in mind for next time.
