Does the 44lbs per foot weight limit apply to each shelf? For example, I have 2 shelves hanging from one hangtrack, so can I put 44lbs per foot of shelf, or 22 lbs? I am attaching to studs.

I have a 167" closet & I want to hang upper & lower hanging rods. The track is 80" length, so I would use 2. My question is should I use a separate track for the upper and lower hanging rods or could I get a longer (84") hanging bracket on one track.
