The Superslide Closet Rod is the rod that was manufactured to go with this support bracket. Sometimes you may have to use a small amount of force to get the rod to go into the bracket but it will go in. You may return the item to Home Depot for exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase. Thank you for your inquiry.

A:  It's not the easiest thing to put in place. I had to use pliers to pop the rod in place, but once it's in, it's very secure. I used adjustable vice grip pliers.

A:  Good Afternoon, Those do not operate with the wooden shelf option. If you are speaking of our wooden shelving such as model # 137800, then you would need 140900. The wood shelves however do NOT work within the Shelftrack system. We hope this helps. Thank you for your inquiry.

A:  These are intended for the wire system sold by Home Depot. They won't work on wooden shelving. The wire module is very well made, durable (18 years and still perfect in my house), adjustable, and reasonably priced.
