can the flashlight go underwater

This is an LED light, so there is no bulb. If the light-emitting diode fails, the whole light needs to be replaced. As a rule, LEDs last significantly longer than incandescent bulbs used in older flashlights.
LED (light-emitting diode) flashlights do not take bulbs. The light is produced by a permanently installed diode. While LED flashlights need to be replaced when the diode no longer functions, their life expectancy is generally significantly greater than standard bulbs. By the way, this is a great light.

There is no part number for the battery cartridge. But the manufacturer does have a great warranty. Contact them by email or phone and you can't get a replacement asap

Yes and it goes 3 meters for a few hours. More then enough time completely submerged to finish any job humanly possible unless in a wetsuit and tank

I had this one mixed up with another flashlight. It does not have a strobe.
There's No strobe mode. You can twist the head for an ultra wide beam and then twist it the other way for a very powerful fine beam.
