Product Overview

The Paragon Series Bi-Fold Shower Door by Coastal Shower Doors is designed to fit into the tight confines of boats, recreational vehicles, limited space residential spaces and manufactured housing. The Paragon Bi-Fold product is the answer to many of the space limitation problems that are prevalent in areas of restricted size. The door is equipped with hinges strong enough to endure rigorous daily use, along with a full-length, double magnetic latching system to ensure secure closure. In addition to its sturdy construction, the Paragon Bi-Fold system is decorated with a Euro-style design with polished aluminum finishes, available in chrome anodized aluminum. Each shower door is glazed with 5/32 in. Aquatex Frosted Obscure or Clear tempered glass.

    Does it come with a top bar/frame like in the picture?

    It does not have a top bar/frame per se, the doors themselves are framed, there are the 2 side rails and the bottom rail that the door slides on but the top is completely open and that makes it very easy to walk into the shower without hitting your head on a top rail.

    my wall to wall opening was 27 1/2 there is frame allowance built in to adjust to either narrow or wider ...there is no document...you can only use a header if the door is allowed to fold freely

    I have a tile shower stall in an older home and the width varies from 22.75" to 23". Will a 22" framed bi folding shower door work. And if not do you have any recommendations, please?

    This is advertised as a 33x66 door. If you read the product overview, it state fit a 34" opening.

    Had a unique bathroom shower in an older house we recently purchased. WE had to replace the old vinyl accordion style shower door from the 70's and we could not use a typical hinged or sliding shower door without either relocating the toilet or totally redoing the entrance into the shower. Bit of online research got me to this shower door and it is exactly the right solution for our renovation. Took a bit of time and thought to lay it all out and I am certainly not a contractor by trade, but I got it installed and it works great and really finished off the bathroom renovation. Certainly not a manufacturer issue, but as we live in Canada, this was not available through homedepot.ca and we had to have a friend in the US order it and ship it to our nearest US H/D in WA state. That was the only drawback, but still was worth the time and effort.
