if i put berh stain and sealer on this will it last a couple years outside?

Is the panel strong? I have to suspend a 100 lb. A/C unit on it. Or, should I use a different wood type?
I would recommend a different product for this application. Our panels are meant for interior, decorative use only and we do not have official span ratings or testing. You would likely want an exterior rated product if it could be exposed to moisture from the weather or the AC unit itself. Thanks - Michael

Are these 2'x2'x 3/4" panels flat, or do they have some warp to them? My project requires multiple panels that are completely flat.

can this be used on a attic floor?
Hi, I would not recommend this for an attic floor. It is not intended for flooring and with humidity in the attic, this would not be a good option.
