Q:How to take apart and clean? I've taken the screws out but can't seem to get either panel off

Q:I just received the fan and set it up. When it is in oscillating mode, it makes a "flapping" noise that is so irritating. I made sure the screws on the base were tight.
Any suggestions? I won't be able to use it with that noise happening.

The 30" Tower fan with remote is wonderful! We live in the very hot desert of Palm Springs, CA. The only place hotter is Death Valley. We have a eastern exposure in our living room with floor to ceiling windows and at this time of the year we get full sun and we do not have double pane windows. Of course we have central air but even the ceiling fan was not helping make the room comfortable to sit in since we have floor vents.. The tower fan is making a big difference! I can now sit in my living room in the morning! The remote is great since I just point it at the two fans and adjust the speed I want and it is VERY quite.I put one ceiling fan in each corner of the room near the vents so it would circulate the air through the room into the the family area since we have a open floor fan. I am amazed at much cooler it is. I would highly recommend this fan since you can put it anywhere even a bedroom since it is so quite. I also saved money since I thought maybe I needed a new ceiling fan! Not anymore!

Smooth and stable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came at just the right time as the weather outside has been heating up and we were hesitant to switch over to air so early in the season. This took just moments to put together and set up. My 9 year old did it almost completely by himself with a little help screwing the base on tight and putting the cord through it the right way. We tried it in a small stuffy room and there was sufficient circulation for them while playing their games. After a few days we had a movie night and moved it to the living room which is rather large and an open area and we’re able to feel it throughout the room on oscillation. The remote is very handy since we had it positioned some distance away and were able to turn the speed up or down and toggle the oscillating feature as needed. It runs so quietly that from across the room it took a few seconds to realize it was going but it does have a beep as you change speed which helps you to tell when you’re going from 1-3. Between 1 and 2 you can still barely hear the fan and on 3 it’s slightly more noticeable as the power of it increases. It seems very stable and sturdy which is great because we just had a different brand that was made similar break apart at the base which makes it a chore to move around. This one seems like it will be our go-to for years to come.

I love this fan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my fan from TryIt. I immediately opened it and starting using it. I love the tower design. The fan has several settings to adjust the wind speed and it also came with an easy to use remote control.

Comfort Zone tower fan
I bought the Comfort Zone tower fan to help me sleep at night. It is a very good fan and is working like it should. It has 3 speeds and oscillates to help move air around room. It also has a remote witch is nice not to get up to change speeds or to turn off. I like this fan a lot and will use this summer when it gets warm. I recommend this fan because i also have a 12" table fan by Comfort Zone that i have had for 4 years and is still working. Comfort Zone makes good products.
