                  Horrible stove.
I have had this stove running for eight days. Looks good and heats well but stove intermittently shuts off. Had a possible ember coming out of the vents in the front but cannot confirm. Very dissatisfied with the quality. Stove was ordered in December and had a 12/23 manufacture date on the box that Home Depot just dropped outside the house a day before it was to be delivered. Update to stove situation. Finally got some info from comfortbuilt about why my stove may be shutting off. They wanted me to make adjustments to the exhaust fan voltage on all heat levels and change the ash pan recipe. Shouldn’t you adjust those when testing the product. After starting back up i attempted to install a thermostat. This requires taking stuff apart and accessing the control box and plugging the thermostat box in . Did this and started up and stove would not feed any pellets. Tried to call Comfortbuilt but again they don’t take calls. Added to my ticket but so far no response. Used AI and the manual to troubleshoot and found the plug for the pellet door had a badly assembled connector. Had to reseat the connector and lo and behold pellets were feeding. I rated this stove a 1 but it’s probably less. Don’t buy it. Garbage that the company doesn’t support.

                    Awesome Unit
I purchased this stove in 2017. Since then replaced one burn pot and on room blower fan. Total of about 150.00 in parts over a 10 year period. To me that's incredible on a unit that has a lot of moving parts to it. Some comments about a small hopper size or poor hopper feed is just laziness on their part. Be sure the unit is topped off before bed and fill again in the morning if you usage is that high. On one fill of a little of 40lbs of pellets it can run for 24 hours heating a 2,000 sq. foot home when its 20 degrees outside. Usage does go up slightly when the temperature drops to 10 or 0 but that is to be expected. This is an awesome unit. Keep it clean is important like any other pellet stove. i highly recommend this unit. Just purchase the correct size unit to fit your heating needs. give it a little love with cleanings and you are good to go.

                      Comfirtbilt HP22N review
I’ve had my Comfortbilt HP22N stove for a few months (Western Mass) and overall it’s just ok. The primary reason for buying this model was the extended capacity for pellets which is listed as 80lbs but that’s really not accurate. In actual and practical terms it’s more between 65 and maybe 70lbs which is annoying because the bags I buy are 40lbs each. The unit puts out good heat but it’s very finicky. I am constantly getting one alarm/error after another. I can clear the errors easily but getting the stove to get back to normal usually requires turning it completely off (or unplugging) before it “resets”. The ash pan is also pretty shallow and the way the stove is designed, the ashes build up on the two sides of the ash pan requiring disposing of them very frequently, before the ash pan is really even remotely full. Some positives are the thermostat feature and the very quick ignition. I’d think twice before buying this unit again

Great Pellet Stove! 1st time ever Installing and owning one. This was a corner Install using only 5 Duravent Fittings ($300 Kit) then buy the 500 Degree Sealant for each fitting. I also got the 2000 degree sealant for the 1st Pipe Adapter to Stove. The next day I was shocked to be in a 75 Degree House and Loving the Fire in the Bay Window!!! where before the Pellet Stove it would barely get to 70 degrees with my Heat Pump and Electric Bill SKY ROCKETING! Pellet Stoves are the best thing since Toast Bread!! Yes you have to feed it and clean the ash every day but surely beats the GRID FRAUD!!!! And you are warmer. NOTE: Pic don't show justice. The TV is Behind the Stove hanging 6 inches above and doesn't get warm at all so no need to worry about a fire and the Speaker next to it is temporary. I'm sure there are Many Great Stoves out there. Very Happy with this one.

Love, love, love this pellet stove, it’s quiet, efficient and a big upgrade from our Jamestown pellet stove. Remote to start the stove comes in really handy and stove is very easy to clean. The different levels to heat is great so you can adjust once area is heated to a lower level if you choose.

                        Hopper
Save your money don't by this stove. The hopper has a bad design a third of the pellets get stuck in the hopper causing the stove to go out. The company beats around the bush about the problem. Save you money the company should put a better hopper in there. If you feel like getting up at 3 am to add pellets because of funneling bad design.

                          Great stove, amazing customer service.
The stove puts out a lot of heat. We usually keep it on low and the main floor of the house stays around 70° (the stove is in the basement). When I got it I hooked it up in the garage to burn the newness off of it and the blower that circulates the air wasn't working. Comfortbilt's customer service was awesome! They sent me a new blower motor the same day. Very easy to install. Works great.
