what is best command hook for concrete wall and concrete blocks/

AnswersThank you for your question! All Command™ Brand Products will adhere equally well to painted concrete or concrete blocks. The adhesive strips change in size and weight capabilities but not in their ability to stick on smooth and sealed surfaces. Please keep in mind that our products should be used only on concrete which has been sealed or painted.

Very upset to find (multiple) strips pulled off professionally painted woodwork, damaged trees and many broken heirloom ornaments. Weight was under what was required and several strips were applied properly. DO NOT count on the CLAIMS for this product if you have care about your interior space. We now need to have woodwork sanded down and re-sprayed. Extremely disappointing to deal with when we used these as in extra "safety blanket". FAILED! 100% RUINED WOODWORK

Ripped paint off wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed all the instructions. The wall had been painted over a year ago so it was fully cured. I used rubbing alcohol to clean the wall. I let it sit overnight without anything hanging on it. The next day I hung a skateboard deck, which is well under 5 lbs. Two nights later, it fell down and took some paint with it. I used to use these all the time, now it seems like they just don't work anymore. I also recently used some of the tiny ones to hang fairy lights in my daughter's room, and half of those fell off, too.

I bought three of the Utility Hooks to hang this wooden fence and iron pig coat hanger. I figured it weighed about 8-10lbs.
The hooks are holding it beautifully!

I used the Command hooks to hang a curtain rod on my sun porch. I used 3 of the Command Large hooks and spaced them out equally on the rod length. I rested the rod each of the three hooks, and added two curtains per rod! The room looks Beautiful, and it was an EASY DIY project with Command!

With seven kids I have enough damage done to my walls, doors, and cabinets everyday without doing more myself drilling holes! Out of necessity I have shoe organizers hanging from many closet doors in the house, but I was tired of having the top metal hooks peel the paint off the tops of my closet doors and scrape the tops of the door jams. Finally, I put up the Command Large Hooks at the top of the closet doors and hung the shoe organizers from these instead of the metal clasps they come with- voila! No more scraping the paint off, and they never fall off the hooks as they did the metal ones! Thank you, Command for making my job a little easier!

I had bought 4 big hooks to hang our stockings on the wall for Christmas. After them being up for 3 weeks it was time to take them down last night. I removed the hook to release the tape just like it said to do. I was very disappointed when the tape broke and could not remove it properly. I had to pry them off the wall and along with the backing came my paint. Not very happy. Now I have to repaint my wall where the hooks were. I will never buy the products again. This product sucks!! Dont stick them to things you dont want ruined!!

When removing a Command(TM) Brand product and the tab tears please use dental floss or fishing line to remove the remaining Command(R) Strip from the wall surface. You can do this by placing your palms on the wall and sliding the dental floss behind the back plate. It will then fall from the surface and you can use your thumb to roll up any remaining adhesive. Please review the video from our website http://bit.ly/ubpHPv. Unfortunately prying the hook from any painted surface can cause damage and paint removal.
