A/C pulls lots of electricity and only a little cold air actually flows out. The fans minimal power. Not made for Texas heat.

DO NOT BUY
It mainly blows hot air majority of the time it’s running. Makes an extremely loud clunking noise when it ,rarely, converts to cold air. I doubt it will last more than one summer season. Our previous portable air conditioner lasted 11 years.

Its a ok unit but really for the price it should have been a lot better. No fitting were give to keep the drain hose on. Just not what I expected for the price. But it does cool so thats a plus but I would search for a better unit if I was to do it agian.. And missing a wheel when recieved/

I bought this primarily for the heating. We have heat indexes of over 100 right now in SC so it will be a while before I can say how well it heats the area. However, its doing just fine cooling the room it is in. No complaints at this time.

Does not stay cool long enough to have a lasting effect, blows out room temperature air on “cool” mode most of the time.

So cold!
Oh my goodness, this is a wonderful product! I am impressed with how truly cold it gets. Very easy to set up and makes the room incredibly cold. Love the digital remote to adjust the room temperature.

Cooling broke in 2 months
The cooling function worked well for the first seven weeks for the first floor of my house, then stopped working. The compressor would still kick on but was no longer cooling. I think other reviews saying it is like a fan instead of AC must have had a broken unit from the start. Lucky for me, it was still within the return period.
