Commercial Electric weatherproof boxes are designed for use in branch circuit wiring in wet, damp or dry locations. Boxes house receptacles, switches and GFCI's. Boxes may also be used as a weatherproof junction box. Closure plugs and installation hardware included.

Q:Two questions: 1. do you have any boxes with just holes on one side instead of two top/bottom ? 2. how do seal an open unused hole ?

A:  Hi ScottF, the boxes all have holes on multiple sides that are easily sealed with plugs that are supplied with the box and a silicone sealant that you purchase.

    A:  I have not seen any boxes with just the single, threaded inlet.  They come with two threaded plugs to close off any unused inlet.  Side note, the threaded plugs can be purchased by themselves.

      A:  Joseph, yes we have multiple 2-gang boxes in 3/4" feeds. HD SKU 782852 is a 3 hole 3/4" feed. HD SKU 573112 is a 5 hole 3/4" feed. HD SKU 689899 & 695024 are 7 hole 3/4" feeds with the later being a side hole configuration. We do not have 3-gang boxes available.

        Q:Can the fixture mounting plate be turned inside the box so the holes become side entry?

        A:  Hi Mike, the product was not tested for inverted application. You would need to make sure the cover seals if you installed the cover that way. I would think the mounting plate and screw bosses would be in the way.
