The 10 ft version of the fan weighs approximately 36 lbs, the 8 ft. weighs approximately 33 lbs, and the 6ft weighs approximately 30 lbs when fully assembled.
Will it fit on a standard household ceiling fan?
No, this LED light kit is designed specifically for the Commercial Electric High Velocity ceiling fan in any of the 3 available sizes.
What are the fan's speeds in rpm or cfm?
This is the LED light kit for the High Velocity Ceiling Fan. There are 3 sizes available for the High Velocity; The 6 ft fan runs at up to 125 rpms, the 8 ft fan goes up to 87 rpms, and the 10 ft fan goes up to 69 rpms.
Can two fans be daisy chained and controlled from one wall switch?
For the 6 ft. and 8 ft fans, you can only have up to two on a single wall control. For the 10 ft fans, you can only have one on a single wall control. However, the wall control communicates with the fans wirelessly, the wiring is only for power. You can have more fans controlled by a single wall control by pairing the wall control to multiple fans that are within 40 feet from the wall control. The wall control will still need to be connected to a load, such as another fan or light fixture. The remaining fans can be daisy chained to a regular on/off wall switch.
Is this kit compatible to all ceiling fan brands?

You state twice that "At the highest brightness setting the LED outputs 1600 lumens." Don't you mean it is 1600 lumens at the LOWEST setting , since the lamp is rated at 3470 lumens.
Apologies for the confusion, the original questions were for the 24 watt version of the LED light kit (Matte Black/Frosted) that has a 1600 lumen maximum brightness. The questions for the 24 watt version and this 40 watt version are shared and may not show what version of the LED the question was for. The 40 watt version will output 3470 lumens at maximum brightness as noted in the specifications.
What is the proper diameter, ID, and OD, for a 2-foot fan extender rod?
The High Velocity ceiling fan is compatible with threaded downrods that have a 3/4 inch interior diameter and a 1 inch exterior diameter. Note that this product is just an optional LED light kit accessory for the High Velocity ceiling fans.
How many brightness settings does the control switch have for this light? OR How many brightness settings does the light allow?
Yes, the light can be dimmed by holding down the light button on the fan's wall control. The dimming is a smooth cycle from low brightness to high brightness so there are no specific brightness settings. Simply release the light button when the LED dims to the desired brightness level. At the highest brightness setting the LED outputs 1600 lumens for the 24w version of the LED light kit and 3470 lumens for the 40w version of the LED light kit.

When the fan or light turns on by itself, it’s often caused by wireless interference from nearby devices or an incomplete pairing. In these cases, resetting the fan’s memory and clearing any unwanted devices usually resolves the issue. To do this, re-pair the wall control by sliding power off to the fan for a few moments, then sliding power back on, then pressing and holding the “pairing” button under the wall control faceplate for at least 30 seconds. This extended press clears the fan’s stored memory before completing a fresh pairing.
