Vinyl Electrical Tape, Extreme Temp, 3/4” by 66 ft This is a strong vinyl electrical tape. It stays flexible and adhesive even when cold. For this review, I put some in our deep freeze for several hours. When frozen and removed from the freezer, it still was flexible and remained strongly adhered. The tape does not tear or puncture easily, but pieces can be torn off the roll without stretching it too badly if you do not have scissors or a knife to cut pieces. I am very pleased with the adhesive quality of this electrical tape.

I'm an old HVAC journeyman that worked around electrical parts in heaters and a/c units in the dead heat in Oklahoma in the summers and freezing ice cold winters. Most electrical tape has a tendency to get soft and lose in the heat so we always used an extreme temperature tape when we could get it. I also found it handy working on my classic car. Living now in AZ we get days that are 115 degrees hot and the car interiors and under the hood and trunk can get up to 150 easily. This is handy for that type of situation.

This electrical tape comes in a plastic case, so it's easy to store and then find when you need it. The tape outside feels smoother than the last brand I purchased and it appears to hold its shape better too when you try to stretch it. I look to use this outside, where I have landscape lighting splicing using connectors with silicone and the tape makes sure the wires also stay in place - then it all has to be it underground. So the extreme temperature should make this splice last a lot longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good stuff I use tape like this for all kinds of jobs. I've got a one gallon sprayer and the wand developed some small holes. Wrapped in tight and it stopped the leaks. Have used the sprayer a few times since and it is still holding. I also wrap my outside faucets with that foam type pipe insulation and then tighten everything up by finishing with this tape. So far it has stuck well and shows no signs of coming loose. After I did the last wrap the temperatures have ranged from mid 20's for lows and up into 70's. Very happy with this tape. I can pull it tight and it doesn't tear and it does flex enough to fit pretty neatly around most bends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been frustrated with other brands of electrical tape that don't stay stuck, or that ooze sticky stuff everywhere. This is different. This seems to me like good quality tape much like the scotch 33 stuff. It is thick and strong, very stretchy to fit tight over rough irregular surfaces. It sticks well and stays stuck, but doesn't leave residue on your fingers or anywhere else. I like this much better than the cheap junk available at my local store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacing My Old Electrical Tape! I have used the old electrical tape for years, but this week I found its replacement. This Extreme Temperature Vinyl Tape will be used from now own. I used it immediately only a couple of jobs I had going - wiring on a boat, and wiring on a truck. This tape is much more flexible, wraps good and tight, and doesn't stick to itself when you cut it...a headache solved! I strongly recommend this tape, it is worth the price when you consider what it does and how it does it.
