not dimmable, too bright for large patio
Overall very good kit, all parts, washers, grommets Sturdy.But the light isn't dimmable according to guide, should be written on Box.Also, the Half inch NPT is very loose, I needed to extend the reach 6 inches past an awning, very loose. Someone's specs are "off" by 5 to 10 mils. Hopefully plumbers tape will help.

Bright, Efficient Lighting
The 1500 lumens light was a perfect replacement for my old fashioned 100 watt flood light. It providers greater illumination while at the same time consuming less power. Easy to install. I like the option of various color temperature selections. You can see before and after shots taken during the same time of day.

exceeds expectations
We needed to replace a flood light in out back yard. This is sturdy and illuminates much better than we expected. Install was easy as well. Took less than 30 minutes for each light

Just what the mancave needed
Was al little skeptical after reading some reviews, but it is as it states, Disk to Dawn light. For those of you that say it isnt, take off the black cap and put on the clear. Givea off just the right light. Just dont put under white eave, or in this case a/c unit. The reflection had the light go on and off so i have to paint the inderside of the ac s the light stays on at night

I installed this light fixture on my new metal shop building about 10 feet high, above the exit door. It would have been easy to install on a flat wall, however on my wall, the corrugations were so close together that I had to use spacers to mount the octagonal junction box. Then the fixture fit on the box fine and cleared the corrugations. The light is very bright and illuminates my entire back yard. The shop is about 150 feet from my house and provides adequate light to navigate safely between the two. The fact that it operates automatically is also a plus.

This LED fixture is awesome!!! Very bright for 3000 lumens!! As you can see in the photo, its still somewhat daylight in the evening and you can see the brightness. This fixture is definitely the fixture to have for security.
The other day while shopping at HD, a customer was browsing security fixtures. When I was about to pass him, I immediately recommended this particular fixture to him. Also, this fixture is easy to install in a matter of minutes.
