Best overall general purpose LED ceiling light
We purchased 35 of these lights to install in a recent home update. The light was a snap to install and puts out great light intensity. On dimmers, they work well. We also like the "soft light" feature we often use in the evening or for mood settings. Best LED light we ever experienced. Highly recommended.

Highly recomend
These lights are bright. We set ours to the second highest setting and its still pretty bright at the highest setting on our dimmer switch. The nightlight feature is why I choose these lights. The night light is also dimmable.

Love The Night Light Feature
Love these and especially the night light feature. The night light operates separately from the main light and they cannot be used together, however both are dimmable if using one of the recommended dimmer switches.
Instructions say cut a 6 1/2 inch hole. I cut a 6 3/8 inch and definitely wouldn’t go any larger. I think most of the hole saws designed for this are 6 3/8 which is what I used.
All of these pics are of the night light only on full brightness.

We love the night light feature
Please be aware the you can only use specific approved dimmers if you want to use a dimmer. We used a Leviton dimmer that said it was for LED but our lights would automatically change from night light to regular light randomly or if you increased the dimmer in night light mode. I called the company and they sent me the ones that were approved. Approved dimmer in attachment.

Lights quickly burn out or go bad
I am an electrician and the past few months I started using this brand. I have had multiple call backs, as well as issues in my home when I installed these. They look nice until they stop working. Would not recommend to anyone!

Well built product.
Use 14 gauge wire for a series install. My one complaint and why I removed a star is the junction area in the controller is cramped and hard to work with if you are running 2 sets of wires into it, like pictured. The connectors grip firmly and work well.
A 3.25" hole saw worked perfectly. The template calls for 3.35", but those are hard to find.
Wait at least 10 seconds to cycle from night light back to regular mode. The controllers don't like it otherwise.
Nice product. Very pleased.

Worst idea ever - NOT WHAT IT SEEMS
It's not a night light at all. Night lights come on when the lights go off.
When you turn the lights off, the orange glow DOES NOT come on. You have to do the little 3 second switch trick to change the mode of the light from 'regular' to 'night light' mode. Then, when you turn the light switch back to the ON position, the orange glow will come on INSTEAD of the regular white light.
Turning the switch 'on' will either give you the white light OR the orange light.

I'm sorry you are having a frustrating experience with this fixture. The intention of the night light mode is simply for accent lighting or "mood lighting" as other customers have called it. The five color temperatures of light output are the main lighting and the night light cannot be activated at the same time while those are turned on. Hope this helps. We appreciate your feedback. Best recessed light option
Only model that has a night-light option. Which is basically two fixtures in one (regular and night). Installation was a snap. To use the dimming feature you need a high-quality LED dimmer which are costly.
