Awesome easy upgrade for outdated can lights
I replaced 13 incandescent can lights with these and wow, what an improvement. Some tips I read online:
1) make sure you set the desired warmth level on all the lights before installing
2) if they are on a dimmer, set the dimmer to the brightest setting before you cut the power to install the lights
I had to switch out the spring brackets for the (included) tension/blade brackets, which was straightforward and worked well for my application.
Very satisfying DIY upgrade!!!

Caution - although "wet" rated, do not use outdoors
I bought 4 of these units to use in the eave cans in my sheltered patio in 2018. I thought this would be fine since they are "wet" rated and the installation is very protected from any direct moisture.
Evidently, the steel of the trim ring could not hold up to the high humidity of Houston summers. 2 of the 4 showed visible signs of rust after 2 summers.
The lights still work great (as they did on day one) and I love the ability to change the color temperature. These would be fine for a location where the average humidity is below 80% (which is NOT outdoors in the south).
Caveat Emptor.

Used throughout entire home renovation!
I bought these and set to 3000k throughout our entire home. We have SO many of these installed. I love the 3000k color and having every overhead light match is something I must have taken for granted before. It's warm but not too yellow and the install crew had no problems whatsoever with these on the cans they used. Photo attached shows a larger room with over 10 visible in one space. Light fixture is Safavieh Telta 10-Light Gold Painted Rustic Chandelier and it is fabulous.

Beware!
While the product is supposedly suitable for dimming, it has an annoying occasional flicker when used with certain dimmers. It works fine with an undimmed circuit.
