Good for what it is good for.
Just your average no frills wire stripper. i was 40 miles from the house, and had neglected to pack a wire stripper. i bought this one, because it was handy. It does everything it was ever designed to do, and will last a lifetime.

This wire stripper/cutter is very useful and of good quality. It can strip wire from 12 gauge stranded down to 26 gauge, and the hole for 26 gauge will strip 28 gauge just fine. The grips are very good, thick enough and do not pull off at all. The wire markings are easily readable. In this you have a wire stripper for just about all wire sizes you will ever need. And there are cutter blades, and pliers at the end.

I am an electrician that uses these tools on a daily basis. They compare favorably with higher priced tools. They cut wire cleanly & the different wire gauge striping holes are accurately sized & strip the insulation well.

The price was fair and I needed a real wire cutter/stripper as I was installing a ceiling fan and had to leave enough of the wires exposed. This did the trick. I would buy this again.
