AnswerI don't think there is a difference between this 2 item you are referring to.They are the same.The SKU numbers are vendors identification. Sometimes one item that you buy has 2 vendors that Home Depot order from.Hope i answer your question.

AnswerNo, they aren't UV rated. If you could like UV rated, I recommend same length 8" in black with SKU# 748726.
