I've used this model in the past and it works great. However, it is plastic so be careful if using a 66/110 punch tool to terminate the conductors. The included plastic punch tool works well but doesn't cut off the excess wire sticking out. I used a small cutter to trim off the excess. Also I had to search three stores to find the right color. White seems to be more prevalent than almond. The faceplates I had were almond so I wanted the keystone jack to match.

As someone who has never installed an ethernet jack, this product made it very easy. The easy-to-follow color coded design made it easy to attach the wires to the right place on the jack. It even came with a punch down tool so I didn't have to buy any specialized tools. I would highly recommend this jack for how easy it is to install.

This is an excellent Category 5E Jack. We have internet access from our home to several outbuildings and use a mixture of WiFi and Ethernet cable to distribute internet and data, with the cable used for long runs. This jack when mounted in a standard Category 5E wall plate makes for a simple and clean looking installation. The jack comes with a punch-down tool which is perfectly adequate, although I do use a professional tool that makes the job easier still. The jack indicates the locations of the correct wire, so there is no chance of a mistake.

This Cat 5e punch down jack works pretty much like every other one I've used. The included plastic punch tool is a bonus in case you don't already have a metal one. I liked the easy to read wire color code stickers on the sides of the jack. As an aside, I always use "B" wiring, the included instructions imply that's only for commercial use. The third color code sticker on the top was hard to read. It comes with a gray snap-on wire cover. It's made in China.

    decent product
I had to pick up a couple of these for a quick demarc extension job. personally I prefer the leviton or sully connectors as they seem to be a bit better quality but these will definitely get you by in a pinch

Works well with Cat 5e. It comes with a punching tool to punch down the wires. The colors are labeled for both A and B configuration.

      Not reliable
Purchased two of these jacks (blue & orange), and both were duds out of the package with various terminals not making a solid connection. I tested the network cable I was using (it was good) and tried re-seating/re-punching the terminal wires (using a few different wires for troubleshooting). A major flaw in the design appears to be that the punch down terminals do not fully cut through the wire covering and so contact with the actual wires is not made. As a replacement, I purchased some more expensive jacks from another store and they worked perfectly with the first punch down wire attempt. I might have just been unlucky with some bad ones since other people seem to have success using these, but my recommendation is avoid! They are cheap and not reliable.

It doesn't get easier than this. No expensive crimping tool required. Just place the wires in the color coded slots and use the included insertion tool to press them into place for a rock solid reliable connection. Once you are done inserting the wires, you simply snap the jack right into the wall plate. It's literally and figuratively a snap!
