Answer This Question

A:  Indeed. Since the product is made from food grade material, it is not indestructible and going over 550°F will damage the non-stick coating rendering the sheet sticky and useless. To make it easy, start your barbecue at low-medium, put the sheet on the grill, wait 2-3 minutes and you are ready to cook. Never go over the medium setting and you won't ever overheat your sheet.
