The Cooper Bussmann MDL Series 10 Amp Silver Electronic Fuses are intended to help provide close sizing on inductive circuits. The time-delay fuses are CSA- and UL listed. Theses fuses feature a 1/4 in. x 1-1/4 in. glass tube with nickel-plated-brass end caps.

A:  Yes, these fuses can be used in any circuit as long as the voltage does not exceed 250V. I have used them in 12v systems many times.
