The Cosco Articulating Ladder features a Multi-Position Ladder System with a Max Reach of up to 18 ft. in the wall ladder position. This transformative ladder offers 4 positions as step ladder, 7 heights as extension ladder, 7 positions as stairway ladder, 3 heights as scaffold, and 3 heights as wall ladder. Featuring flared legs with replaceable, slip resistant feet for maximum stability and a locking hinge in closed position for added safety. I see 2 questions since October 2022 on this product and no reviews. Why is that?are reviews blocked? Also, your competitor seems to be using cheap plastic locking hinges. What are you using? Lastly, what is your warranty (not HD?s return policy)?

Some retailers are more proactive with review requests, and those often receive a greater number of responses. Additionally this is a fairly new item, first launching just last year. The Cosco Multi-Position Ladder is commercial grade and the locking hinge has two main components; it is made of commercial grade aluminum with a resin knob. If the extension max height is 14 feet. How could the step max height be 14 feet as well?
We apologize if there was any confusion. The total length of this ladder is 103.2", or 10.85 feet. The max reach assumes a 5'6" person with a 12" reach is standing on the third step from the top, which would translate to 14 feet.
