Fantastic Sturdy Step Stool
Needed a bit taller step stool to hit the top of my pantry and closets. This one folds up easily, opens with a pull and has a nice top arm to hang onto when you are leaning over or into a top cupboard. Cosco commercial steel folding step stools are always stable, high quality, well built and stows away easily! This step stool is solid but not so heavy I can't pick it up and move it around. I like that it slides into my outside garage cupboards for storage to keep it out of the way.

And this one is just right!
My townhouse has 9-foot ceilings downstairs, 10-foot in the master bedroom, and 16-foot in the loft. I have a 6-foot ladder that I tend to leave upstairs, but it's an awkward pain in the rear to bring it down my winding stairs when the two step ladder I have downstairs isn't enough. This one is the perfect medium. It's easy to move around, and when it's open, it doesn't take up too much space. Many times when I opened the big ladder, I couldn't get closer enough to where I needed to be. This just solves the whole problem. The big ladder can stay upstairs, and this one appears to be able to handle all my need downstairs. If I could make one wish for it, it would be a handle of something easier to grab to carry it. But other than that, it's a keeper!

The best step stool I've ever owned!
Here is my review of the Cosco 3-Step Commercial Folding Step Stool. We have been wanting a heavy-duty step stool for some time now. This is a very well-built and solid step stool. It has a 300 lbs. capacity and extra wide steps. The treads/steps are textured for a non-slip surface. The 3-step stool folds up to a thin 5" and weighs about 20 lbs. The frame is powdered coated steel. The Cosco stool features non-slip feet on the stool legs and a huge 12X14 in. top platform step. The Cosco stool has a spring-loaded lock and a convenient release handle built into the front of the top step. The carry handle doubles as a knee brace for stability when on the 3rd step. I felt very safe using this stool. No rocking or wobble at all. I can reach the ceilings in my house. Cosco says it has a 9'reach based on a person being 5'6". I tested that with the wife, (she is 5'5") and it is correct. When used close to a wall to say, hang a picture. The distance is not so close to make you feel uncomfortable but it's not too far away that you have to over reach. The quality of this stool is evident throughout. The Cosco 3 step Commercial step stool is built to last for many years.

I like that it is foldable for easy storage. Easy for transportation to different places and positions that i can take the step stool anywhere. This stool is a heavy duty folding step stool. It can be used with a 300 pounds.
it has non-slip feet on the bottom stool legs. easy to step on the large platform step. The handle is for stability. I am using it for my landscape shed for easy to move around than my heavy ladder. it is black color. perfect black color to match inside the shed.

Love the step ladder
This Cosco 3 step ladder I don't think you can beat. I have been using it in our bathroom where we are remodeling it is working out great. it is a commercial step ladder and it will hold up to 300 pounds and it is a type 1A ladder and it has a 10-year warranty. The feet on the step ladder are nonslip on the stool legs which you cannot beat. This ladder weights about 20 pounds and it is a very well-made plate form step ladder and you will get many years of use out of it. I have to highly recommend this ladder it a very high quality made ladder.

There was already rust in the holding pin at the top.. figured it was stored in a damp area..it doesn't have the release button for folding it just has a notch cut out of the step that it clicks in to..not the best ..but for the size and price it will work for our camper and the bright color in sites that it won't get left behind at the camp site..lol...

Very Nice Stool
This is a nice sturdy stool that is constructed with steel. It has two wide steps that make it safe and comfortable to stand on and it folds up for storage when not in use. It also locks in the open position for added safety. As luck would have it the day the ladder arrived I had a smoke detector that went on the blink in one of the bedrooms. I used this ladder to replace it and at 5’ 6” tall had no problems reaching it on an 8’ ceiling. My granddaughter also uses it to help herself to things in the kitchen cabinets. A very handy and well made stool.

Nice Step Stool .... but .....
This is a nice step ladder and very sturdy .... but, the first time I opened it up, I caught my finger in the latch. The top step goes down over a bar to secure itself and if you are not careful, your finger will get squished. Now that I know, I am more careful when opening this stool.
The height of the ladder is 3.5 inches and it folds closed so it can be stored in a small space. There are three steps and a hand bar at the top which gives you something to lean against if you are standing on the top step.
Overall, a fine ladder ..... just be careful the first time you open it.

Reach the high places easily and safely!
I have high cabinets, shelves, and light fixtures as most homes do. I have a two step ladder but it doesn't accommodate many of the places I need to reach. I needed a 3 step ladder and this one fits my needs perfectly. Much easier to reach light fixtures, high cabinets, high shelves, corners, etc. It is very sturdy steel, not heavy, but good weight of steel, feels durable, the textured steps are large, good quality and slip resistant, with good rubber tips on the legs and hand/grasp bar. It is a Cosco brand step ladder in a cheery bright red.
