I haven't had a Christmas Cactus in years. Being able to review this one is so nice. I admire it everyday to see how many flowers are sprouting from the cactus. I have only had a couple that I really didn't have much luck with. Having this one already blooming is so great. Hopefully it will still be flowering through December. The Flower Pot that it is in is very Festive as well.

Pretty and festive!!! Costa Farms does a great job packing their exceptional plants for shipping. The box said ship "this end up" buy my plant arrived upside down. Poor thing needed a little TLC upon arrival but a few days later it perked up and is looking really good. This Christmas Cactus has even more of a holiday look because it arrives in a white ceramic planter with a snowflake and reindeer motif painted on it. Very cute and festive! The plant is a nice size and the multiple blooms are bright dark pink. Costa farms always includes a plant care instruction sheet with their plants which is very helpful. Happy holidays!!!

This is my third Costa Farms Christmas cactus, and the pair that I got last year are still thriving (and flowering again!) Despite a bit of travel in chilly weather, this plant is in very good shape, and I'm sure that it will continue to bloom for at least another few weeks. I love the details on the decorative pot, too - so cute and festive! I can see giving this as a nice gift to some plant-loving friends.

The Christmas cactus came well packaged. There are instructions on the outside of the box to insure proper removal. They advise opening it somewhere you can easily clean up and I agree; quite a bit of soil came out when I opened it. One section of the cactus did fall out but I was able to replace it. The soil level seemed to be little low, so I added some more. The pot is really nice. A little pricey.

The plastic pot fits nicely inside a nice festive pottery pot ! (see photos) It came very well
packed with great instructions and damp, no soil lost, no limbs broke and in early bloom !
The color was the choice of Costa Farms and is a light Peach. Also has double blossoms
on some branches which is unique to me ! Looks nice next to my Coral colored Cactuses !!
I highly recommend any plant from Costa Farms and our The Home Depot !

COSTA FARMS 6in. CHRISTMAS CACTUS
I was shocked at the superior shape that this Costa Farms Growers Choice Christmas Cactus was delivered to me. The pot was wrapped with bubble wrap and put in a short box, the cactus was wrapped with shipping paper and was in the pot to hold soil and was tied at the base of cactus to hold all soil. There was a bamboo stick in the pot the length of the shipping box to keep the plant from moving, this was put in the shipping box and sealed. I ordered the Costa Farms Christmas Cactus for my Wife as I remembered how beautiful the one that my Mother had when I was a kid. I was not wrong as this Christmas Cactus was in full bloom when it arrived. I made an excellent choice with the Costa Farms Christmas Cactus, and my Wife loves it.

The Christmas Cactus from Costa Farms is impressive. First, the packaging is the best I’ve seen for a live plant. The directions suggest opening where you don’t mind a mess as some dirt can shift during travel. The pot it comes in is high quality with a cute deer and snowflake motif on one side and blank on the other. I like that it can be rotated to the solid white only side after the holidays.
Most impressive part is the cactus itself. It is FULL of blooms, some open and some ready to open. The color is a butter yellow with pink accents. Very pretty!

Absolutely stunning Christmas Cactus! Healthy, green, and smothered in vibrant red and white blooms. It arrived wrapped up tighter than a bug in a rug. Not a single branch or bloom broken. Dirt was all intact. It was planted in a removable plastic pot, which fits perfectly into the gorgeous Christmas decorated gold reindeer ceramic pot, with a silvery gold finish. The plant stands a good 10 1/2 inches tall in the 5 1/2 pot provided. Overall width from longest tip to tip is approx 15 inches. It looks stunning on my kitchen counter top. And arrived just in time for the holidays!
