Hi Anne, Thank you for letting us know! We are sad to hear that your plant arrived like this. This could be due to temperatures or a rough trip. We would love to learn more at questions@costafarms.com and learn more.

There are two plants in the pot. Is it best to leave them together or repot them separately??

The Ficus can be a picky plant and once you have the two growing together you should leave them together. The root system would get disturbed and the ficus would go into shock. Also having two plants together makes this plant look much nicer as it grows to its larger size.

Those spots look pretty normal. Your plant will shed leaves as it adjusts to its new environment and most likely the ones that have damage will fall off anyways

Absolutely stunning
I’ve been looking for the plant for quite a long time and find decided to order online. Home Depot has the best deal of all times with high quality plants. It arrived well packaged with minimal packing materials. I wish I saved all the sticks My fiddle leaf fig grows a lot through the summer and still producing new leaves. They are a little bit wild now and I don’t know what to do with it - in a best way! Not sure how to separate them to achieve a single tree like style, perhaps it will take a few years and many pots. I couldn’t be more happier! Such a gorgeous plant!!

The fiddle leaf arrived with some kind of disease. The leaves had brown web like spots underneath as well as on top. Some had holes and some had brown spots. I repotted it into a pot with a drainage hole, used soil with perlite and even fertilized it but it just never recovered.

Came shipped with a fungal infection, new leaves are sprouting with brown specks.
The plant was shipped and I noticed a whole mushroom growing out of the bottom hole of the grower pot. I am also noticing brown specs on the new leaf growth. This is clear sign of overwatering and the plant sitting in moisture for too long. Super bummed about this...
