I expected the plant to come very dried out but surprisingly it wasn't. It was very well packed and the soil was moist, the only issue I had was that some of the leaf tips were browning but this isn't something watering wouldn't be able to fix.

I received the plant three weeks ago and noticed some yellow spots but thought it was sun burns. Two weeks later I noticed white bugs on the leaves. I’ve isolated her (plant) and have been checking my other plants daily. So far so good. But my palm have lost several of her leaves from the neem oil treatment! I’m just hoping she survives. Please make sure to check your shipments before sending them out. Palms are hard to take care of , having them delivered ill is heartbreaking.

The plant was beautiful when it arrived, but I quickly noticed white spots. I thought nothing of it. Just a few weeks later and those spots are bugs. So annoying!
