I'm so confused
I was excited to get these delivered for my baby shower. I then opened the box and they stuffed shredded paper on top of the plants and wrapped with cellophane. I have never been so confused on how they boxed plants. Needless to say I won't be ordering plants from them again. some had no soil and it took forever to get every strand of the paper out. I will attach photo of the paper they used to place on top of the plants. They were not two inches either.

False advertising
The description clearly states that you will get "at least 8 different varieties". I only got 6, every plant was a double except the 11th. The plants are healthy and look great. They were packaged really nicely. I added two photos, one of them in their starter pots and the other after I replanted.

20 we're identical. Misleading picture and title
We did not get the variety pictured here. My daughter is planting them as a school fundraiser and wanted the fun colors as well as plain green. We received 3 types of succulent: 19 all the "green flower" type, 3 "spikey green" and 3 "fuzzy green" type. All plants very healthy.
As a mom I'm very disappointed in your company for a misleading photo. But this is a good learning opportunity for my kid to learn not to trust the Internet. I'm disappointed, Home Depot is usually better.

Did a good job shopping
When I got home the delivery person had placed the box on the side with no care. I thought “there go those plants!” I was wrong. Thanks to good packing, the plants were fine. (See pics)
I received several of the same too tall fuzzy type which I didn’t like and isn’t in their advertisement. The rest, though several duplicates, are tiny and cute. They should let people know it’s not as unique as advertised.

Beautiful succulents
I am so happy with my purchase. I was worried they would arrive looking dead or squished. Not the case at all. The plants came damp and packaged well! 10/10 recommend these.

Not so unque
I was very excited to order my set of succulents but ended up disappointed. The plants were not labeled so I don't know what I got. They also look like regular species that you will usually see in the store, not so unique like what the photo showed. I've got 2 of the same kind out of 11 and they are legging. I don't think anyone would want legging succulents.

Perfect Succulent Favors
The little succulents were perfect favors for my daughter’s confirmation party! They were delivered very quickly and packed so well. The 25 little pots were in one tray with shredded paper on them and then wrapped with multiple layers of cling wrap. The box had a warming pack in it since they were shipped in March (we’re in NJ). All were in very good shape. I repotted them into 2.3” pots and put a personalized wooden stake in each one. Many of them had perked up within days and all of them looked bigger a couple of weeks later.
