Nice indoor accent plant
This is a nice low maintenance plant to have in the house. From what I've read it only flowers once every 5-7 years, but when it does it's a very pretty sight. It fits the wicker basket nicely and the plant itself is not too big, it stands about 3 feet tall and has under a 2 foot spread. The basket is also lined with plastic too keep water from leaking out on the floor. It doesn't need a lot of sunlight, so somewhere close to a window and it's good.

Giant!
Costa Farms White Bird of Paradise Plant in Natural Basket I have to say I was surprised at the size of this beauty. It stands just at 3 ft high with giant healthy foliage leaves. This giant prefers bright indirect sunlight for optimal growth. I will say, the natural decor basket does not do the plant any justice and just looked to small (see pics) the basket is very thin and the planters pot that this plant comes in was almost to big to fit into it and would not stand straight up. Hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I opted to ourchase a more significant mid-century modern planter which gives the roots/plant more room because as at maturity this plant can get up to 7ft tall. This is an air purifying low maintenance plant that likes watering about once a week. I’m loving the beauty of this plant. Can’t go wrong with plant selections from Costa Farms!
