These light bulbs have somewhat of a blue tint to the light, which my wife really likes. These light bulbs are a little larger than the incandescent bulbs they replaced so they may not fit if you need to put them in a small space.

LED light bulb creates interference with Chamberlain garage door -
The Cree light bulb is really good. The color and brightness meets/exceeds my expectations. The only problem is my remote controls for the Chamberlain garage do not work well when I use this LED bulb in the garage door unit.
When is replaced with a standard light bulb the interference does not exist.

We bought these bulbs a few weeks ago. We love the natural light which brings out the true color of the paint on our walls. There is not "yellow" hue. They are also very bright and do not put out a lot of heat. Our laundry room is no longer a dark "dungeon". All around excellent product. Hope they last a long time because we are changing over all our lights in the house to these bulbs.

As light bulbs have transitioned from incandescent to LED technology during the past decade, I have been disappointed by the harshness of light emitted from several. The Cree 60 W bulbs provide a soft light with a slight yellow tone very much like the soft incandescent bulbs from the past. I hardly recommend these bulbs for anyone seeking a pleasant light source.

Appreciated the great price (had an "instant rebate" that made them about 40% off!). Ordered 8 bulbs, 3 for one fixture, 5 for a chandelier. Unfortunately, one bulb kept flickering off and on right after installing it. We moved the bulb to a different location (to see if it was a bad bulb, or something wrong with our brand new chandelier), and it was, indeed, a defective bulb. Asking vendor (Home Depot) to replace this bulb. Otherwise, really like the 7 that work, haha!
