14 in. Cast Iron Pipe Wrench

This is a the perfect crescent pipe wrench for the average homeowner, DIYer or even the professional. The 10 inch pipe is cast iron and has a great feel to it -- not too heavy and not too light either. Very durable. It has a narrow build to it, allowing it to fit any many places and the 10 inch length is just long enough to provide enough torque. Perfect for those under the sink jobs or working in the back yard with those pesky hose bibs. Highly recommend!

Perfect tool for the DIY plumber or the Pro. The 10” pipe wrench fits pretty much any household application and is the right length for that under the sink leverage. It is a good heavy duty quality and weight. It is easily adjustable to 1 1/2” and has great teeth for grip. What more can I say, I like the orange color it stands out in my tool bag. Highly recommend Crescent.

This is a great little pipe wrench for a good price. I own many different sizes of various pipe wrenches, mostly aluminum because of the weight difference. This one is obviously ductile iron but I prefer that because it is so small an aluminum one would likely not feel very heavy duty while using it. I actually typically carry this in my back pocket and hardly notice it is there. It's very useful in my line of work and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The Crescent 10-in. cast iron pipe wrench is well-built and well-balanced. The adjustment wheel rolls smoothly and the jaws are deep cut to provide a tremendous amount of grip. The handle length is sufficient to provide a good amount of torque, but makes the tool easy to handle. I am particularly impressed by the high-quality finish and the amount of consideration that's gone into the production of this tool. The bright orange finish distinguishes the tool as a genuine Crescent wrench, but make it very easy to find if lost in the bottom of a tool box or bag. I recently acquired the 14-in. version of the same tool and am impressed with both. Highly recommended!

If you are a homeowner that has ever spent time under a house using pipe wrenches you know how important it is to have the right sized tool to do the job. This Crescent 10" cast iron pipe wrench is perfect for working under the house in those tight spaces where every where you turn is an obstacle. I spent hours running new pipes under our house when we had to install our gas fireplace insert and when I wanted to run a gas line for our gas dryer and I would have loved to have had this handy little 10" pipe wrench. As it was I had borrowed a couple pipe wrenches off a neighbor that were severely oversized for working under the house but I used them since it was all I had. This Crescent 10" pipe wrench is made from cast iron so it isn't as light as an aluminum one but since it's only 10" long it's not too heavy. The slim jaws make getting into tight spaces even easier especially if there is a short nipple that you have to clamp onto. The rapid adjust jaws make adjusting the wrench super fast. The pipe wrench can be adjusted to fit up to a 1 1/2" pipe and that is plenty large enough for working around the house or even in the trades if working on smaller pipe. The teeth on this wrench are very sharp and grab onto the pipe with ease. You won't have any problems with the these teeth slipping when trying to tighten or loosen any piping you might work on. They also added stamped measurements on the side of the rapid adjust jaws teeth so you can pre set the opening on the jaws to the correct size prior to placing it on the pipe if you know the pipe size (would be nice if these were highlighted yellow or something though so they are easier to see). All in all this Crescent 10" pipe wrench is perfect. If you are a homeowner or in the trades this is a quality product that will last your lifetime and probably many more. Crescent tools has been around for a long time and this is a great product they have made.

I received my Crescent 10 in. cast iron pipe wrench. This little pipe wrench has some great features. The pitch on the threads are at a angle so the adjustment is a lot faster than my old pipe wrench. I like the slim jaw design. The teeth on the jaws are very shape so it bits into the pipe and will not slip. Crescent has been around for many years and there quality keeps getting better. I think anyone would be happy with this tool. One thing that the manufacturer could do is have the label for the tool attach differently. The label is sticky and was hard to remove. Even after it was removed sticky stuff was still all over the tool.

BUILT TO LAST AND GET THE JOB DONE! Crescent engineers the perfect wrench for any serious plumber or DIY'er. This wrench is tough to getting any plumbing job done that needs some serious piping done. I really enjoy that its made of cast iron but it doesn't feel like your lifting a 50lb dumbell. I like to keep this wrench handy at work because every now and then you get that stubborn pipe that needs that extra size in wrench just to get it to budge. To add, the teeth on these wrenches are solid and will grip any pipe perfectly without compromising the pipe or wrench. Its great engineering and fabrication. When you hold it you can feel the quality and time put into the fabrication of the wrench. In my book, this is a must have and you cant go wrong with it. KUDOS Crescent!

DURABLE! QUALITY! GOOD VALUE! Crescent comes forth with a good piece of equipment for plumbing and working pipes. This wrench is the perfect size for me to carry around in my tool bag. It doesn't weigh it down or take up much space. Being a maintenance tech with multiple buildings that is essential for me. I have to be ready for anything and everything at a moments notice. The 10 inch wrench has already been used and I have nothing but compliments about it. The teeth grip like a shark and its incredibly easy to adjust. I've already recommended this to my coworkers and I recommend it to everyone. 10 stars if I could give it a higher score!

I was trying to replace an old shower head arm in my house and I couldn't get it to budge. This pipe wrench saved me a call to a plumber to get it out. It feels really heavy and durable. The jaws are nice and sharp and had a good bite to them. The wrench adjusted really easily and provided the torque I needed for the job. Overall this is a great heavy pipe wrench to help you out with a lot of different plumbing jobs.
