Dimensions are wrong
Bought this cabinet specifically for the depth, as it advertised as being deeper than any kohler cabinet I could find. It is now fitted and as I came to put my things in it, I am finding that they do not fit. I measured the depth to discover it is only 3.5” deep internal, 4.5 deep including the mirrored front, not over 5” as advertised. I am flabbergasted. And now it’s too late to return, what a huge huge huge disappointment and waste of money. Such a shame because it’s a good looking cabinet

It has a ton of mirror surface--on the front, on the back of the door, and inside with the shelve...
It has a ton of mirror surface--on the front, on the back of the door, and inside with the shelves. It's a large, heavy cabinet! Our guests comment: "Wow!" when they open it. Negative--Do not use the small levels that come with the unit; they are not accurate! Use the level that you already have in your tool box.

I love these cabinets. We recessed them which looks so clean. I love that they have mirrors on the inside as well. I also like that they have the slow-close hinges, so they don't bang closed. They are beautiful, well made, and functional. I wouldn't say recessing them was easy, but I'm glad we did.

Hinges warp within 3 years/break off
I purchased two of these for my master bath and installed with a professional contractor. Within 2 years I noticed the hinges warping and within the last year the doors have partly fallen off from the hinge pins popping out or other warping. Dangerously so. I Even with replacing the hinges with higher quality ones, it's happened twice. So I am now fully replacing, with labor and repair for damage of them denting the wall, at double the initial cost.

Dangerous!
The door is very heavy (2 glass mirrors back-to-back) and the hinges are not strong enough. After professional installation, hinges popped off and almost dropped the door on the ground. This is a personal injury hazard!

Well, we LOVE the mirror, but something is wrong with the hinges and the door will not stay attached. We reached out to Croydex in the UK and they are on backorder till NOVEMBER. So we have a half-installed device :(
