I purchased this product and the toilet paper holder to pair with white beadboard wainscot that I was installing in my bathroom. Looks great. However attaching to the wall is difficult and I am skepticle on how well it will remain attached.

This towel rail is unusual, being made of wood.
We wanted a white rail made of wood, and they are few and far between. This one looked good and we bought it.
It hangs from two wood screws that hook into keyhole-shaped holes in hidden, metal fasteners. Nothing shows in front.
Towel rails are meant to be mounted either on wooden doors or studs behind drywall. Unfortunately, our bathroom did not have studs in the right location, so we couldn't use the manufacturer's intended mounting setup. I found one stud located where the center of the rail would come, so I drilled two holes, one above the other, in the rail where the stud was located, and fastened it there. It worked, and is quite strong, provided you don't try to use the rail as a grab bar.
I like it.
