A: I returned it as the ends are tacky plastic. Such a shame as the concept is brilliant - why they do not make it with metal (and charged more) I have no idea. I am waiting for someone to make it properly.
A: If it’s just the rod you have almost 7 inches from the top of the rod in its horizontal position to the top of the rod at the highest point of the flip. My curtain is hung on metal loops which are 3/8” tall. Given all of that, it looks like you can flip it in your 7 inches, but you MIGHT have to push the curtain so it’s to one side or the other to clear the loops.
A: Hi, This rod is best suited to straight installation. Thanks, Croydex
A: this style rod, doesn't have much for adjustment, it's for a 5ft tub. I had to recess the shower cover into the drywall and bolt to the stud. If you are working with a 60 inch distance it may work, if it's 59 inches, you must recess the drywall. These rods aren't made to be cut down to size
A: Hi Gerry, The Space saver rod can be cut to size. Thanks, Croydex
