This is a very striking, large fixture. I installed it on a 12 foot vaulted ceiling and it looks great. Because of it's size I probably wouldn't install it on a lower ceiling. Installation was an issue for me because my ceiling electrical box is only about an inch deep and there is a rod with this fixture that screws into the ceiling box bracket that is too long to work with a shallow box. So I had to use a metal cut off saw to cut the rod in half. Once that was done, the rest of the install went pretty smoothly. It comes with a very long chain so you could install this on a very high ceiling. It's a great fixture- a little overpriced in my opinion so that's why I'm deducting one star.

We love our new Solaris Collection 6-Light English Bronze Orb Chandelier! We have the large 6-light version suitable only for high ceiling applications (I would say 14+ feet). We installed it in our 20 ft foyer and couldn't be any happier with how it turned out.
It ticks all the boxes for us from a design/appearance standpoint as well as the quality, color, finish, and ease of installation. We had to use a 16 ft step ladder (A frame) to get there so I ended up hiring an electrician as I was not able to deal with the logistics of renting such ladder and then renting a track just to transport it etc!
It is mostly assembled and was very easy to put together and adjust the chain length. It is also very light so was easy to get up there and install. Note that bulbs are not included. I used 40W equivalent LED bulbs (round) as the flame shape candelabra bulbs did not look right with the spherical design. It provides a decent amount of light but due to the fact that the bulbs stand upright, it is hard to find bulbs that direct much light downwards.
Large size is recommended for high ceiling applications only.

This Solaris Collection 6 Light English Bronze Orb Chandelier looks much better in person than in pictures. This Chandelier looks great and with its 28.5 inches in Diameter it looks awesome. Everyone likes the color and the finish. It does not come with bulbs and leaves you the option on getting LED bulbs on the shape of your choice. It comes with a 72" Chain that can be adjusted to a smaller size if desired. It comes with hardware and instructions for installation but it is simple enough. This one has 6 lights but there is also another smaller version of it that has 3 lights.
Tip: Make sure you measure your space you can get the large size or the smaller one.

The Solaris 6-light ORB Chandelier is a beautiful light! Don't let the picture on the website fool you this thing is HUGE- it is 36" tall and 28" wide. This light is for installation with very high/tall ceilings. The assembly/installation instructions consist of one page and are very lacking but installing a light is not too complicated! You must have a very secure ceiling junction box because this thing is a full 28lbs! This fixture does not come with bulbs so you will need 6-40watt bulbs. Once installed it is a beautiful fixture.

The Solaris English bronze chandelier with 6 lights is a very nice looking chandelier. But, you must have a very high ceiling and a large area where it will hang because it's enormous! 35.5 inches high, 28.5 inches wide. No surprises on the install. The instructions were very good. It is a little difficult holding it up while hanging it. Good to have a helper to hold it up while working on the wiring.
