I never tried to do that. When I bring it into my shed I tilt it back and push forward.

Don’t know. Make sure you drain gasoline or pour stabilizer in gas tank when not in use or will cost you $200.00 to replace the carborator witch is not covered under warranty.

Yes, but only in reverse and if the stairs are fairly shallow, maybe up to 5" rise due to the relatively small diameter of the wheels. The blades are disengaged in both forward and reverse until you activate them and hold the activation lever in place. I wish there were a way to lock this lever in place but understand that this is a safety issue.

The two levers on the handle tops, one on each side, one controls the blade, the other controls the wheels. Don't know about climbing stairs - guess it would depend on how tall each stair was.

I own a 24", 208cc Snow Blower, Model Number 2X24. It states in the it's Operator's Manual that an air filter is "optional" , if installed it should be located over the Choke.

No. It doesn't have an air filter, but it does have an air intake box. It is made of plastic and would normally only need to be replaced if damaged or broken. Part number is #951-10635. It is a little difficult to replace. There is a video that will show how to do it that you can google or check with a cub dealer.

Yes, the hand grips are tilted down a few degrees from horizontal. In my mind that slight dip conforms more closely to the natural angle of the wrist.

Without actually going into the garage to check I can't say either way. Until I do check and update I will say it is quite comfortable to use if that is the reason for your concern. I'm six feet tall and the positioning works well for me.

Mine came via freight through Home Depot straight to my home. It was large, on some sort of medium strength wood pallet. I highly doubt this will fit in your Jeep.

Without a box is 58"L x 25"Wx 45"H. We don 't have the box any more. I do 't think it will fit in the jeep. We requested Home Depot to ship to us with free shipping. It was heavy and with the box is more bigger. I hope this will help.

The unit comes fully assembled in a crate, which they will deliver for free to your driveway. It will not fit in a Jeep!

There is a drain plug so it is pretty easy. Your manual will tell you where it is located. It is best if you run it for a few minutes before to warm up the oil.

the oil drain is just under the recoil starter and you fill it by removing the oil dipstick

The operating manual has a very good step-by-step instruction for changing oil. It is really very simple and does not need any special skills. After opening the oil drain nut make sure to drain out all the oil by tipping the snow blower towards the ground. Then replace the nut and fill as instructed periodically checking the dip stick level to make sure it is not overfilled. Good luck!

Find the oil plug, on mine it’s under the pull cord. Put something to catch the oil as you unscrew the plug. Tilt the engine to fully drain. Wipe plug clean and screw plug back in. Put new oil in.

I believe that the drain tube is on the bottom left of the engine. Manual states that the unit should be tipped in order fully to drain it, and that the first change should be done after the first 5 hrs of use of a new unit (engine break-in). I've only used mine for approx 2 hrs, so I'm not there yet.

My neighbor across the street and I both bought the same model last year. Neither he nor I could get our machines to start this year, despite using the appropriate fuel stabilizer at the end of the season last spring. It turns out that the carburetors were fouled from using gas with 10% ethanol. After considerable effort, my neighbor and I managed to clean the clogged carbs and get the machines started. From now on, I intend to use only premium gasoline (no ethanol), even though the machine is supposed to be okay with 10% ethanol.

Not sure what you mean about the warning? I had trouble starting ours for this season, no fault from manufacturers. I had to remove the cover over the carburetor and found a spider had made a huge nest in the carburetor. It was not allowing air through. After cleaning it out and checking for fuel I put it back together and it fired right up. I hope this helps.

I never have had a problem starting it. It starts on the first or second pull (usually the first) and runs absolutely flawlessly. The power steering is wonderful and does my driveway in less than half the time that my Ariens took....and I not exhausted from wrestling with it as I was with the Ariens. This is a great, great machine and I could not recommend it more fully.

I’d start by making sure your fuel supply to the carburetor is ok. Then I’d remove the spark plug and see if it is saturated with fuel or smells of fuel. If it is the engine is flooded. Dry and clean the spark plug. Look in the spark plug hole. If it is wet inside combustion chamber, try to dry it or let the fuel evaporate. Then install the spark plug an try to start. Use the electric start if possible. Stronger steady crank.

I use rec fuel which doesn't have ethonal in it with fuel stable in it when stored over the warmer months and mine starts by pulling the starter rope, not the electric starter. Regular unleaded fuel with ethanol in it can varnish up the carburator and cause a no star after setting over a long time

This option was not available when I bought mine not sure if it is available on the new models

I ordered my heated grips online for under $50 as a complete kit ( grip all the wiring an on/off switch ) but that was 4 years ago

When I bought mine a couple years ago the heated grips were not available on that model, but I was able to buy them separate and add them myself in about twenty minutes. They work great
