Mine was delivered in a crate on a pallet and took about 10 minutes to complete a few required bolts. Excellent machine.

I bought this machine two years ago and last year, it worked fine but this year, the machine didnt blow out the snow but it got stuck.

Mine worked well also and stopped throwing and clogging on a recent light fluffy @16". I believe the belt stretched and adjusted the tension. It worked like a champ after that.

Hello bubba. There could be blockage in the fuel lines or float bowl of the carburetor from leftover fuel. If you’re familiar with how to clean a carburetor, we suggest using a carburetor cleaner. Otherwise, we recommend you take it to your nearest authorized service center for cleaning. Thank you for your question.

3 year review
I have had this snowblower for 3 years now. Have done many different types of snows with this. Here is my personal experience with this snow blower. I love and kinda hate this snowblower haha. I love this snow blower when it comes to wet, very heavy, deep, plowed packed. Terrible snow you cus over. It will chew it up and throw it impressively far. I am usually always using it in 6th gear. Rarely do I run it in 1st or 2nd. But I do for plowed packed. The 3rd stage dose work amazing for the heavy part. Engine power is a tank. Could use little more hp. Was able to run threw some very heavy snow and bogg the engine out by alot, but never stall. ++ for me. If this snow blower had a 12, 14hp engine. I would drool all over this. Now let's talk about what I don't like. When it comes to very light, fluffy, even little wet at times( very little) this is the worst snowblower to buy. It does work. Move the snow and get the drive way clear but it seems with the fluffy stuff the fan moving blows it away when it gets close making It hard. And pushing more in the bucket more them throwing it. Where a 2x well out preforms this 3x. The 3x with this type of snow will bearly throw it out the shoot woth it all the way open. Bearly 10ft now tested my dad's same blower just 2x. Will laugh at the 3x blowing light snow. Other issue that I'm use to. Is no matter what type of snow there's always more left overs that don't make it into the fan. ( like pushing like a plow) vs a 2x if u just stop and pull the unit backwards or continue to walk with no snow in front of you anymore. New out the box I never had a issue. I'm very mechanical so if somethings wrong I just fix it, had normal adjustments, maintenence etc. Other then that was a great unit out of the box. All in all If u are looking for this snowblower for a avarage sized yard, alot of light snow, only you're house. **DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT** If u have a bigger drive, doing multiple drives, get more heavy snow over light. **BUY ALL MEANS BUY THIS SNOWBLOWER**

Garbage
I bought 2 of these machines, and have had nothing but problems with both of them. The yellow auger that the flat side faces forward , if you hit any none powder snow , the shear pins brake off, very easy. I see smaller blowers throwing the snow 20 feet with ease, both of mine struggle. I bought these heavy machines and always have problems. The 3 stage auger is a terrible design . I don’t even bother taking them out when it snows. DO NOT waste your money on these.

this thing has trouble getting any heavy snow to blow. works great on just normal snow but if it'd at all wet so can smell belt burning, had to replace once already. Belt is just an MTD part. Also not a fan of the 3 stage, my old two stage much better.

Used it for the first time tonight only to find out two screws to hold the rod to turn the chute were not installed at the factory. And one of the lights did not work. Otherwise everything else worked fine. I was not blown away by the power of how far i could put the snow yet.

I purchased this blower the end of last winter. I was able to use it twice before the season ended. I added a little sea foam over the summer and ran the gas out. The start of this winter, filled with gas and it was ready to go with one pull. The ease of blowing snow is now super easy for this single mom. As long as you don't suck up any dog toys and get them stuck in the auger, I learned the hard way and just had to replace the belt because of it. Other than that mishap, I have had no issues with my blower and it does a fantastic job blowing the snow. I love getting out there at 6am and the lights are so powerful I can see everything while my hands are nice and warm on the handles. This is an excellent blower, I highly recommend!
